مولانا محب ﷲ لاری ندوی
افسوس ہے کہ مولانا محب اﷲ ندوی مہتمم دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ، ۳۰؍ نومبر ۹۳؁ء کو رحلت فرماگئے، ان کی عمر ۸۸ برس تھی اور وہ نحیف و کمزور بھی ہوگئے تھے لیکن ندوۃ العلماء کے دور کمال کی ایک یادگار تھے اور ان کا وجود ندوۃ العلماء خصوصاً اس کے ناظم مولانا سید ابوالحسن علی ندوی مدظلہ کے لیے باعث تقویت تھا جن کے مرحوم ہم سبق تھے۔
ان کا وطن لارتھا، یہیں ابتدائی تعلیم حاصل کی۔ عربی تعلیم ندوۃ العلماء لکھنو اور انگریزی تعلیم علی گڑھ مسلم یونیورسٹی میں پائی اس کے بعد وہ چاہتے تو اچھی سی اچھی ملازمت مل جاتی مگر انھوں نے فراغت کے بعد کانپور میں اپنی انڈسٹری کرلی۔
کاروبار میں لگ جانے کے بعد بھی انھوں نے ندوۃ العلماء اور اس کے فضلا سے اپنا تعلق باقی رکھا اور اس کی مجلس انتظامیہ کے برابر رکن رہے۔ ۶۹؁ء میں بعض خاص حالات کی بناء پر انہیں دارالعلوم کے اہتمام کی ذمہ داری سپرد کی گئی جس کو کم و بیش ۲۵ برس تک وہ انجام دیتے رہے اور وفات کے بعد ہی اس سے سبکدوش ہوئے۔
دینداری، تقویٰ اور خشیتِ الٰہی ان کا شعار تھا، طبیعت میں اعتدال، سلامت روی سادگی اور انکسار تھا۔ اپنے اخلاص، مروت، شرافت اور حسن خلق کی بناء پر طلبہ، اساتذہ اور منتظمین کے حلقے میں مقبول رہے۔ اﷲ تعالیٰ اپنے اس نیک بندے کی مغفرت فرمائے، آمین۔
اب مولانا سید محمد رابع ندوی صاحب نے دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء کے اہتمام کی ذمہ داری سنبھال لی ہے، جن کا انتخاب ان کے طویل تجربہ اور دیرینہ خدمات کی بنا پر بہت مناسب ہوا ہے۔ (ضیاء الدین اصلاحی۔ جنوری ۱۹۹۴ء)

 

موجودہ نظام تعلیم میں اسلامی اقدار کے سمونے کے مراحل واقدامات

Pakistan came into being on the basis of Islamic Ideology. Therefore, our educational system and policies should be based upon the Islamic ideology. Our national leaders also stressed upon the enforcement of Islamic values in all walks of life of the people of Pakistan. It was theoretically stated in all the educational policies that our national ideology would be the only basis of our educational system. The purpose of this research was to critically analyze the inclusion and effects of Islamic values in our educational system with special reference to our national educational policies. The method used for the research was descriptive and analytical. The review of literature revealed that practically nothing could be done. All steps taken in the educational policies for the inclusion of Islamic values in our educational system confined to papers only. It was also revealed that our national educational system was completely unable to produce honest, loyal, faithful and true Muslims and sincere Pakistanis. Our educational system and educational policies were devoid of Islamic character. The realization of the true sprite of Islamic values in our national educational policies remained a dream. Consequently, our present educational system could not give intended outcomes. In order to achieve the desired objectives, our educational policies and educational system should be in consonance with Islamic values and teachings. Holistic practical measures are required for this purpose. To foster in the hearts and minds of people of Pakistan in general and student in particular, a deep loyalty to Islam and Pakistan, our present educational system urgently requires radical changes on the basis of Quran and Sunnah.

A Comparativestudy of Softwaredevelopment Process Models, and Requirement Engineering Process Improvement

This research defines the software life cycle models and refers to the significance of the requirements gathering and analysis. There are many methods for capturing software requirements; this work focuses on one informal, two semiformal and two formal methods. Informal method in the requirements elaboration uses QUARS Tool techniques to deal with natural language. Semiformal methods are Unified Modeling Language (UML) and User Requirements Notation (URN). UML and URN supports different types of diagrams to view the system, URN is different from UML, and it is specially developed for telecommunication services and systems. The conversion of the URN into the other International Telecommunication Union -Telecommunication (ITU-T) languages is also supported. Formal methods use set-theory and logics, Specification and Description Language (SDL) and Knowledge Acquisition in automated specification or?Keep All Objectives Satisfied (KAOS) are examples of formal methods. KAOS uses graphical notations to elaborate the problem. Requirement engineering process has a great importance in the process of software development. Study demonstrates that to produce quality software more attention should be paid in improving the requirement engineering process. In this research five key process areas are described for the improvement of the requirement engineering process. First is the goal-based methodology in requirement engineering process. The second area is to support the cyclical and incremental activities in requirement engineering process. Third area is for encouraging the stakeholders involved in requirement engineering process. Fourth is for the support of management and fifth is for defining the planning phase of requirement engineering process.
